The link above will take you to the Care for the Family shop. When you complete the transaction online*, you should recieve the Questionnaire in your inbox within 48 hours.
When the Birkman Express Questionnaire does arrive in your inbox, take 40 minutes out to complete the questionnaire when you know you won't be disturbed.
When you have finished, your results will be processed and your own personal report and accompanying guide will be sent to you by email. Ordinarily, you should recieve your results within a working day. Please make sure you have entered a correct email address. If you can't find the email, check your junk folder to make sure it hasn't been picked up by an over-zealous spam filter. (Especially if you use hotmail).
