For life?
It's a big day for me today. My relationship is 13 years old.
We met at college. Apparently the first time I met her I was rude about her multi-coloured laces in her Doc Martens (I have no recollection of that). Six weeks into the term we went on a "hot date" to the cinema to see a rubbish movie called 'Airheads'.
Four years later we got married (at the tender age of 22) and tough times notwithstanding we've made it this far, we're still together and we still love each other.
I don't have any tips about how to make a relationship last 13 years. To be honest, I think most of the time we've done the right things by accident. But I do know splitting up isn't inevitable.
