Are you sitting comfortably?
Are you sitting comfortably?
When I was a kid, I don't remember ever feeling stressed - or at least I didn't have a name for it. A life of going round to a friend's house for tea, watching the Magic Roundabout and kicking back with the etch-a-sketch made for a fairly stress-free life. Times have changed.
Life's got enough troubles these days, and every one of us has to cope with stress on some level. So we've gathered some great practical advice on coping with stress (thanks to the Samaritans) and an exclusive interview with David Oliver in which he shares how he deals with stress in his own life. For more from David Oliver, check out Care for the Family's new event - The Stress Survival Guide.
Once you've absorbed all that immensely useful reading material, why not relax with a bit of online etch-a-sketching?
Take care,
Emma
