One wedding and two happy biscuits

Well, it happened, I got married! Now the honeymoon is over, I'm back at work, and Mr. Biscuit is ill at home, reality is crashing in. I had no idea how much fall-out there would be. On top of all the changing emotions, relationships and living arrangements, there seems to be no end of paperwork! This week I'll have to contact a bundle of organisations with my new name and address. On the off-chance that you happen to be reading this blog and in the same position, here's a rough list of places to contact:
Bank, DVLA, Doctors, Dentists, Employer, Inland Revenue, Passport office, Loan companies, pension company, Royal Mail, Insurance companies, etc, etc, etc.
Got to love that post-wedding paperwork.
There are so many little things in life that no-one really tells you about. Feeling my way into my mid-twenties, I'm longing for someone to sit down and tell me how to fill out my tax returns, change my energy supplier, re-wire plugs, sort out my garden, get things right in my marriage and sort out my finances. If you've got any advice, or anything to add to the wish-list of 'things I wish I knew about', head to the forum and let everyone else know.
It's good to be back!
